7 Days Psychotherapy, emotional healing and self - love in RD

Are you ready to leave your woes, stress, overwhelm, anxiety, depression and pain behind?

This retreat will provide you with the tools to manage negative thoughts, a space especially for you, where you can develop strategies to better deal with anxiety and depression. You will come out understanding your difficulties and you will have a clear plan to help you move forward with a sense of newness and tranquility, as well as self-confidence, greater self-esteem and the management of new tools that will be very useful in your life. ​

 

Working together, we will guide you on your transformation journey and get results fast. Banish anxiety and depression forever and feel good about yourself. Wake up with enthusiasm, feel naturally energetic and in love with life, take back your power, change old beliefs and patterns, feel in charge, learn new ways to function at your best, rediscover your true worth and come home to your true self, to walk on the path of who you really are, instead of the path of what life has made you to be, so that life feels good! We help you manage your negative thoughts and develop techniques to overcome feelings of overwhelm. 

 

We use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, NPL and other key skills in thought management.  We show you evidence-based techniques to bring mindfulness into your life, allowing you to feel happier within yourself. This will help you to be more positive in your relationships with yourself and with others.

Program

Typical daily itinerary (subject to change and flexible for clients):

  • Healthy Breakfast

  • Holistic Activity (mindfulness, NPL, chi kung, transformative breathwork, or kundalini yoga)

  • Psychotherapy session

  • Healthy Lunch

  • Outside activity (Walking meditation, shinrin yoku, taino´s cave experience, or beach).

  • Coaching session or special workshop

  • Dinner

 

includes:

  • 6 nights accommodation in a cottage house surrounded by nature.

  • 3 Meals per day - Vegetarian, Pescetarian, or vegan, and healthy drinks

  • Outside activities

  • Daily Holistic activities (Breath work exercises, chi kung, mindfulness, walking meditation, kundalini yoga, NLP, etc)

  • Sessions of Psychotherapy

  • Sessions of coaching

  • Workshops with all the materials
